Father's Day

We used our blackberries to make a yummy baked french toast for Father's Day breakfast. The kids spent all afternoon making a zoo "for dad" and gave us an in-depth tour. Their creativity is always so fun to see. They had habitats for all kinds of animals and they even had a touch-tank and a dolphin show. After dinner I got to have a video chat with my dad and all my siblings and then we enjoyed a delicious peach and blackberry cobbler.
