Ben had to do some quick work at a hospital kind of on the way to the beach, so we all went along. We visited the aquarium and then spent a few lovely evening hours on the beach before making a late night stop at the hospital. The kids slept in the car while Ben ran in and did his work. It's nice to live just a few hours from the ocean.

Utah: Temple Square

Before heading to the airport, we walked around City Creek and Temple Square. We met Steph at her office (in the Church Office Building) and picked up rolls from the Lion House. The flowers on Temple Square were so beautiful. We visited the Church History museum and then toured the Conference Center. Our final stop was a delicious lunch at Spitz (yummy Mediterranean). The kids were great on the way home and we were SOOOO thrilled to have a direct flight after way too many transfer nightmares in the past.
