An evening in Pennsylvania.



On Friday we went on a short road trip to pick up my friend and fellow adventurer, Kristilyn, who had been working outside of Philadelphia for a few days. (By working I mean hanging out with the owner of Urban Outfitters and designing his personal greenhouses. That's just how cool she is.) I know Kristilyn from high school and many adventures beyond. It was so fun to have her spend the weekend with us.

It turns out she was working only a short drive from Longwood Gardens, so we spent the evening there before driving back to D.C. It was so lovely outside and the gardens were spectacular as always. We even caught a bit of a concert going on there. Milkshake, one of the many indie rock bands-turned kids music, were performing. There were hoards of enthusiastic kids rocking out.
