running + cookies + park

I often run with Ruby while Simon is in preschool. We hit the American Tobacco Trail one morning and it was lined with honeysuckle and smelled so good. I tried a copycat recipe for the famous Levain cookies from NYC and they were so giant but so good. (Hence the running...gotta earn those cookies.) Ben was out of town all week so by Friday night I was done with the chaos that surrounds dinner at home so we picked up Chick-fil-A and then headed to White Deer Park and had so much fun playing on the giant slide. I love those rare times when ALL the kids are happy with an outing AND have fun playing together. They loved taking Ruby down the slide.
