Christmas at Oak View + Nativity display

We decided to check out the annual "Christmas at Oak View" event. It was terribly crowded and there were long lines for everything. It's a free event where you can take a "sleigh ride" and visit Santa along with some other activities. We waited in line for the sleigh ride which was fun. The kids just ran and played in the grass while we waited. It was fun to see the big horses. After that we listened to some live Christmas music in the main house. We waited in line for Santa for a bit, but then gave up. We skipped the long line for free cider too. After that we headed to our church to see the big nativity display. The kids loved looking at all of the nativities. And no lines!
