Outer Banks: Day Three

On Friday we took the free car ferry to Ocracoke Island. We stopped to see the ponies, ate lunch, visited the Ocracoke Lighthouse, and spent a few minutes on the beautiful beaches there. When we got back to Hatteras, we stopped at the Hatteras Lighthouse but couldn't climb it because they closed early due to an approaching storm. It looked really cool with the storm clouds in the background. We returned the next day to climb to the top. The girls organized a game of bingo that night.
