Oliver turns 6!

Oliver was so excited for his birthday. He requested three things: a pinata, a trip to Marbles and a chocolate cake. Done! The neighbor kids came over to help with the pinata and then we headed to Marbles. We had Mellow Mushroom pizza for dinner and then did presents and cake. Oliver had been asking for boxing gloves for a long time so we got him some. I found him asleep in his bed that night wearing his boxing gloves. He is our sweet, sporty kid who loves to be outside playing any chance he gets. He has become a great reader and loves to work hard on his homework. He is very focused when he's writing or drawing. He always has a big smile and a hug for me when he gets home from school and is usually the first one ready in the morning. He can make Ruby laugh like nobody else and loves to play with her. He likes to go running in the neighborhood with Ben and me and he loves to join me for my morning Jillian Michaels workouts in the playroom.
